Heaven on EARTH

We just spent the most amazing weekend in Fernie, BC. On Saturday morning, we went to Island Lake Lodge and hiked around the Lake....that afternoon we wore the kids out at the pool... and I played Tarzan on the pool's rope swing (sorry, no pictures of this!)

Sunday morning, we decided to take a trip to the Fernie Ski hill.... Can you see the slightly annoyed look on my face? Yes, it was my idea to go 6,000ft up a mountain on a ski lift with our 2 year old! Can you say DEATH GRIP?

Birthday Perfection

I'm sad.

My baby is turning 2 tomorrow so I took a couple of "parting shots" so to speak. Who's crying like a baby now? ME! WWwHaaaaaaaaaaahhhH!!!!!

Stampede'n at 100 wines

Our first Stampede as a retailer.... so far so good. It's day one and we've already seen our fair share of badly dressed "Stampeders".. this usually entails gaudy cowboy attire, or super short skirts and barely there tops....after 12 days of this...well, stay tuned for more pictures!
