MY Citizenship Day.

On Thursday, January 27, 2011, I received a letter from Citizenship and Immigration Canada. I knew exactly what it was. I had been waiting almost a year to get my letter, stating when and where to take my citizenship exam and oath. Little did I know they'd only give me a week to study for it! After almost missing the exam (i got the original time wrong) I passed the exam and later that day I took the oath along with 106 people from 45 countries! 106 people from 45 other countries!
Aunt Shirley and Uncle Jim came too and the girls got to wave their Canadian flag and sing "Oh Canada" with people from all over the world.
My brother put it perfectly "Congrats on your Canuckitude, Dude"

My littlest piece of Canada.
Bob and Lauretta sent me these GORGEOUS flowers!

I feel very lucky to have citizenship from 2 of the most amazing countries in the world!
